Managing Director, Golden Seeds

Robert Delman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in angel investing, entrepreneurship, and business management.

He currently serves as a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, focusing on investing in high-growth ventures led by women.

Robert's experience includes leadership roles in various investment funds such as ARC Angel Fund, BluePrint Health, and Las Olas Ventures.

He is actively engaged in mentoring and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs at Columbia University and serves as the Lead Instructor for the Golden Seeds Knowledge Institute.

Prior to his venture into angel investing, Robert was the President of Delco International Ltd., a successful manufacturing and distribution company, where he significantly grew sales and orchestrated a successful sale to Oneida Ltd.

Robert holds a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia University, and has received several awards and honors for his contributions to entrepreneurship and business.

Outside his professional endeavors, Robert is involved in various sports activities, including racquet sports, where he holds certifications as a tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis instructor.

His involvement extends to organizations like the USTA, Founder Institute, and SCORE MENTORS Western Connecticut, where he has served as a mentor and advisor.
