Robert D'Amour, hailing from Montreal, Canada, exhibited early talent and passion for design, starting his journey at a young age by creating designs for a local furrier. His career took him to LA where he co-founded Antony Moorcroft Designs with partner Antony Moorcroft, delving into all aspects of the apparel industry.

D'Amour's education at the prestigious Otis College of Art and Design honed his skills and shaped his design philosophy. His professional endeavors led him to work and travel internationally, from South Africa to Hong Kong and Shanghai, influencing his keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends.

As the Founder/Designer of highestform®, D'Amour identified a gap in the market for comfortable yet stylish pants, inspiring him to establish a lifestyle retail company that incorporates his unique design aesthetic inspired by traditional elements adapted for modern sensibilities.

With a vast and diverse career that includes roles such as Founder and Creative Chief Officer at Highest Form clothing store and art gallery, Vice President of Product Development at babystyle.com, and Vice President of Product Development at French Connection, D'Amour brings over 30 years of experience to his current ventures.
