Robert 'Bobby' Connell is a highly accomplished finance and strategy professional currently serving as the Sr. Director, Finance & Strategy at The Honest Company.

With a strong background in Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, M&A, and Analytics, Robert plays a vital role in steering the direction of the business towards future success.

Prior to his current role, Robert gained valuable experience in the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions in sectors such as consumer retail, media & telecom, and industrial, where he advised on transactions exceeding $50B in value.

Robert Connell is a distinguished alum of Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude from the Global Business Honors Program in 2013. During his time at Fordham, Robert held leadership positions as the President of Beta Alpha Psi and the Chief Investment Officer of the Fordham Student Managed Investment Fund.

Robert's educational journey includes High School at Chaminade High School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University.
