Robert Collazo is a skilled and experienced information technology professional with a background in Linux system administration, software development, and solutions architecture. He began his career as a Systems Engineer at the Corbey Company before moving on to roles at L-3 Communications and Trofholz Technologies. Collazo later served as the Manager of Systems Operations at Mosso, Rackspace Hosting, and The Rackspace Cloud, before becoming the Social Media Manager at the latter. In 2013, he co-founded HelpSocial, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and helped develop the social media customer service platform. He is currently the Director of Information Technology for Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, where he has the opportunity to provide solutions to complex IT problems and lead large teams of developers and system administrators.
