Robert Carrillo

Robert Carrillo has a diverse background that includes real estate and youth development. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wesleyan University, a Master's degree in Bilingual Special Education from CUNY City College of New York, and an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, Carrillo has worked in a variety of roles, including Director of Real Estate at Carrillo Development Group, Special Education Teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools and the NYC Department of Education, and Property Manager at WinnCompanies. Carrillo is also a former Franchise Owner at MetroNaps and Real Estate Investment Analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Carrillo's passion for youth development stems from his mother and his belief in closing the achievement and equity gaps for at-risk youth. He is a former Co-Founder and Director of TriLatino Junior and former We Are The Bronx Fellowship. Carrillo believes that even in the cut-throat world of real estate, treating others with fairness and empathy is the key to success, which he honed while working as a Retail Specialist and Broker at FRIEDLAND REALTY, INC.
