Robert Briggs

Robert Briggs is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in HR and organizational development.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Open University, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification from London Business School, and has studied International Banking and Treasury Management at the University of Birmingham.

Robert has held prominent positions at Aviva, where he served as the HR Director for various divisions including International and Group IT & Operations, Europe, India, UK, and Global Healthcare.

Prior to his role at Aviva, Robert gained valuable experience at IBM as a Managing Consultant in the Strategy and Change Practice.

He also held key positions at Lloyds TSB and Lloyds Banking Group, including Head of Performance, Talent and Learning and Transformation Programme Lead.
