Robert Arns

Robert S. Arns is the founder of The Arns Davis Law Firm, a 10-lawyer plaintiffs' firm with offices in San Francisco and Reno.12 He has exclusively specialized in prosecuting plaintiff cases, including consumer class actions and representing families who have experienced catastrophic events such as serious injuries and deaths.1

Arns has practiced trial and appellate law in San Francisco since 1975, focusing on cases involving serious injury or death arising from product failures, construction site incidents, and other tortious conduct.3 He has resolved over a billion dollars of plaintiff cases throughout his career.12

Arns graduated from UC Santa Barbara with Highest Honors in 1971 and from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1975, where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review and Moot Court Champion.12
