Where some research firms collect data only, our specialty is analyzing and packaging data so it's immediately of use to sales leadership, sales reps, and research personnel who support their company. We work with the sales teams at broadcasters, dotcoms, programmatic firms, magazines, newspapers, ad agencies, and mobile apps.

Work closely with both Named Account Reps and industry analysts as the main point of contact for all sponsorship opportunities for the given technology.   Prospecting is a large part of the role with new client targets in the range of 30% YOY.  Work with sales team to determine appropriate product mix for the client to renew and grow the existing relationship.  Conduct needs assessment for client and subsequently demonstrate product deliverables across Global Events Portfolio, ideally through Face 2 Face Interactions nationwide, traveling 30-50% annually.  Work with Sales/Marketing Executives to determine appropriate product mix based on client needs throughout the enterprise.

Senior Account Executive, Gartner Events

Manage client relationships for the financial sector with a specific concentration on Buy-Side investment professionals. Duties include fielding client inquires, onsite client visits to help address clients business problems and developing client product knowledge. Work closely with both sales and industry analysts and function as the main point of contact for all client interactions by analyzing business problems and ongoing client research agenda to provide proactive delivery of pertinent information. Actively participate in regular conference calls aimed at generating proactive "ideas" for buy-side clients.  Work with sales team to determine appropriate product mix for the client to renew and grow the existing relationship.  Also assist sales with prospect calls and visits to conduct needs assessment for client and subsequently demonstrate product deliverables across CrossTech business unit.  Work with sales to determine appropriate product mix based on client needs even if in different business unit.

Manage client relationships for strategic accounts within the financial sector with a focus on Investment Professionals and VC Firms within the Northeast territory.  Work directly with investment executives to continuously re-define service levels and product scope to support client’s changing business needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Continually meet with clients and prospects to demonstrate product value and it’s alignment with their business initiatives.  Responsible for account renewals and managing the client relationship to introduce new product offerings and develop up-sell opportunities. Work with client’s to proactively deliver content tailored to their long-term business needs. Communicated with client’s on a regular basis to report on service utilization and delivered value. Worked with client’s to customize deliverables to suit their business needs and directly assisted the product development team to re-evaluate current deliverables and re-design product delivery based upon customer feedback.

Business Analyst, CrossTech Americas

Work directly with Gartner clients to identify their business problems and determine the most appropriate Gartner research to address client’s business needs. Duties include synthesizing complex technical client inquiries ranging in scope and then determine most appropriate research venue for client to pursue to resolve their business problems.  Function as the main point of contact for the client’s within the organization in an effort to ensure client satisfaction.  Instrumental in lead generation process as client questions are potential consulting engagement and upgrade opportunities. Work closely with sales to assist in closing large deals by providing sample research to prospective Gartner clients.  Work directly with Gartner analyst community to utilize research via client inquires as well as organized analyst calendars to assist in resolving client requests. Also tasked with the integration of a Gartner research product, Dataquest, into the Client Services organization. Responsible for creating/implementing policies/procedures aimed at ensuring the smooth transition of Dataquest support into the Research Advisory Business model.
