Rob Toof, Founder of Reefinery, Inc.

Rob Toof is an entrepreneur and consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is currently the Founder of Reefinery, Inc., a company that brings data to life through integrated companion chatbots powered by artificial intelligence to help businesses transform and grow.1

Prior to founding Reefinery, Toof held several entrepreneurial and executive roles:

• Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, a network-driven venture capital firm that invests in entrepreneurs1
• CEO / Founder of Altatude, a CPG product development firm that licensed and consulted in highly regulated markets1
• Product Strategy - Online Proctoring Lead at Pearson VUE, where he transitioned ownership from ProctorCam and launched online proctoring services in multiple countries1
• CEO/Founder of ProctorCam, Inc., an exam security platform as a service for the online education industry that was sold to Pearson Vue in 20151
• Sr. Director of Business Development at BzzAgent, a word-of-mouth marketing company that was sold for $60MM to Dunnhumby, Inc.1

Toof holds a BS in Communications with a concentration in Advertising from Endicott College, where he graduated with a 3.4 GPA. He also studied at the Studio Art Center International.1

In January 2024, Toof attended an interesting day at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Reality Hack, exploring use cases for AR/VR technology.2
