Rob Tompkins, CFO of RiskScout

Rob Tompkins is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Strategy at RiskScout, a company that helps banks and credit unions fight financial crime.23 As CFO, he oversees finance, business operations, business intelligence/modeling, and investor relations.3

Prior to joining RiskScout, Tompkins worked at Silicon Valley Bank for 11 years, where he gained experience in various finance roles.5 He also served as a mentor at Techstars.6

Tompkins is passionate about helping founders launch and scale their businesses. He is an advisory board member of CREW, an inclusive community for founders, operators, and investors.7

Tompkins holds an A.B. in Business Administration from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business.1 He is based in Austin, Texas.14
