As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at YETI, I played a key role as part of the Human Resources organization, working directly alongside the VP of Talent in a lead capacity where I was given the responsibility to grow all of YETI's business segments.  The roles I filled included, but were not limited to; New Product Development, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounting & Finance, IT, and also Marketing.  My hiring process incorporated all aspects of full life cycle recruitment, from locating talent in the global marketplace, to ushering potential YETIzens through my process, to securing desired niche talent, to on-boarding and orienting my new YETIzen hires, and finally to standardized check-ins so as to fluidly augment my talent acquisition & on-boarding processes.

As a member of the Staffing Services division within the Human Resources & Organizational Development department at the City of Gainesville, I acted as a generalist consultant and strategic partner to multiple departments.  The departments I staffed within General Government were Public Works and General Services.  The departments I staffed within Gainesville Regional Utilities were Information Technology, GRUCom, Energy Supply, Water / Waste Water, Engineering, and Energy Delivery.  In an organization of around 2,400 employees, at any given time I had around 30 vacancies that I was actively recruiting to fill.  While working closely with managers to help them understand employee and workplace issues, I would provide guidance and coordinate with other internal and external Human Resources professionals in order to provide a variety of services to management including, but not limited to, selection processes, diversity recruitment, and employee development.
