Rob Slinkard

Rob Slinkard is the Managing Director for Strategic Initiatives at Atairos, an independent strategic investment firm, with over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and product management.

At Atairos, he focuses on developing and executing growth strategies, operational improvements, and innovation initiatives for the firm and its portfolio companies, emphasizing process improvement, customer experience, product development, and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to his current role, Rob served as a Senior Vice President at Comcast Cable, leading customer experience transformation, consumer services business strategy, and operations to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

He has a solid foundation in product management, having successfully launched and expanded national products and services for Comcast's Consumer Services Business Unit.

Rob is dedicated to generating value for customers, partners, and stakeholders while championing positive change in the spheres of out-of-home entertainment, technology, media, and communications.

His educational background includes programs at Harvard Business School for Executive Management, a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, also from La Salle University.

Throughout his career, Rob has held various key positions including Senior Vice President, Consumer Services Business Strategy & Operations, Vice President of Communications & Data Services, and Senior Manager at Accenture. He also served as a Director at the SBA - Small Business Administration.
