Rob's expertise spans across various sectors of commercial real estate, with a specialization in sales and leasing of office spaces, Corporate Headquarters/R&D, industrial, and biomedical properties.

Throughout his career, Rob has successfully closed 1,342 transactions totaling over $3.7 billion in consideration, representing 34.7 million square feet of space and 461 acres of land.

His notable achievements include multiple recognitions such as the William H. McCarthy Memorial/RISE Award, Leasing Performance Award, Collaboration Award, and several Deal Maker of the Year titles for significant transactions.
