Rob Rodin

Rob Rodin is a renowned business leader and private equity executive. He currently holds the positions of Vice Chairman, General Partner, and Managing Director at RLH Equity Partners, where he has served as an Operating Partner for a decade.

Before that, Rodin was the CEO and President of Marshall Industries, a global electronics distributor with $2 billion in sales. Under his leadership, Marshall Industries created the "World's #1 B2B Website," which was recognized by Advertising Age Magazine as the top site for two years in a row. In addition, Information Week Magazine hailed Marshall Industries as the "World's #1 Company in the Use of Technology," while CIO Magazine named Rodin one of the "Top 100 Leaders for the New Millennium."

Rodin is a prominent author, having written the book "Free, Perfect and Now: Connecting to the Three Insatiable Customer Demands," which chronicles Marshall Industries' transformation. He is also a recipient of numerous academic awards, including the "Information Systems Award for System Leadership" from UCLA and the "Distinguished Alumni Award" from the University of Connecticut, where he was also elected to the "University Hall of Fame."

Rodin's Board activities encompass a diverse range of organizations, including Vice Chairman of the Board of CommerceNet, Director SupplyFrame, Board of Leaders of USC Marshall School of Business, Board of Counselors for Veterans, ALS TDI, Advisory Board Member of Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, and Board Member YPO LA.

Rodin was previously a board member of several companies, including imre, Biorasi, Clarity Insights, Utegration LLC, Shift7 Digital, Siteworx LLC, Inspirage, and Astound Commerce. He was also Vice Chairman at CommerceNet, a director of Napster, SM&A, Collabrx, and Inter-Tel Inc., and served on the planning committee for Harvard and Stanford Presidents Seminars with YPO.

Rodin's education includes studies at the University of Connecticut. Beyond his extensive professional and academic accomplishments, Rob is a seasoned philanthropist and has served on numerous charitable boards.
