•	Working directly for co-founder of an early stage SaaS vendor led all partner development activities (contract, API integration, GTM, sales enablement, pipeline, new product introduction) with SAP, Infor and Oracle helping increase partner revenue contribution from 20% to 73% while company grew from Series A to Series C funding.
•	Created strategy and developed partner program enabling us to identify and onboard new ISV, GSI (Accenture) and SI alliances achieving President's Club honor for contributing to sales team's success.

•	Co-led team of direct and indirect resources transforming underperforming global alliances and onboarding new alliances achieving $176M in annual revenue (+35% YoY) for security, data protection, storage, archiving and endpoint management solutions with OEM (Sun/ Oracle, Fujitsu, NetApp, EMC2), Platform (Intel), Cloud and IT Services (Fujitsu IB, Cisco) and Channel (Avnet, VARs) partners.
•	Led cross-functional Partner Relevance Program identifying, developing and implementing best practices across our partner ecosystem.

Global Strategic Alliance and Partner Senior Manager

Reporting to VP of Alliances, transformed cost leading Intel co-marketing strategy based on direct customer engagement to new, net positive revenue model leveraging top 3 OEM alliance (Dell, HP, Fujitsu-Siemens) sales teams with an integrated platform value proposition for enterprise customers with management and deployment software suites.

Alliance Marketing Manager

•	Managed cross functional team of direct and indirect reports to launch the Intel vPro brand supported by new partner ecosystem with VMware, Altiris and Symantec.
•	Directed Intel Stable Image Platform Program (SIPP) designed to influence buyer behavior to accelerate purchase patterns for desktop and mobile business computers.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Led a cross-functional team representing business development, marketing, software and
hardware engineering and quality and reliability testing to develop custom networking projects for Dell, HP, NEC, Fujitsu and Sony winning 93% of design win opportunities.

OEM Project Manager

Led integration team to accelerate delivering greater efficiencies to new acquisitions including Ambient, Stanford Telecom and XLNT. Developed tools and processes to facilitate future acquisition integration into Intel in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.

Acquisition Project Manager

Created negotiation strategy including executive approval and negotiated full Terms and
Conditions contracts with all ASIC suppliers. Conducted entire Request For Quote process
for 60+ ASIC projects supporting unique technological and commercial requirements for
four business groups.
