Rob Montgomery

Rob Montgomery is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in management, resource management, quality engineering, and production supervision.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park University, an Associate in Applied Science in Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force, and is an alumnus of Muncie Southside High School.

His career has seen him contribute his skills and expertise as a Paint Shop Team Member at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International and North American On-Site, a Quality Engineer at Third Party Engineering & Containment, a Production Supervisor at CRH North America, Inc., and an Assistant Manager in the Stamping Department at Toyotetsu America, Inc. (TTAI).

Rob has also served in key roles such as Production Manager at Berne Tube Products, Shift Supervisor at CTS Resistor/Electrocomponents and Indiana Steel & Wire, and as a Multi-channel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer in the Army National Guard.

His dedication to service is further exemplified by his past roles as Combat Arms Training and Maintenance Specialist in the United States Air Force.
