As a Certified Governance Trainer (BoardSource), Rob specializes in various areas including Board Assessment & Development, Board Recruitment/Placement, Strategic Planning, Organizational & Program Development, and Executive Coaching.

Having a background in MA in Theatre History & Criticism from the University of Michigan and a BA (hons) in English/Drama from the University of Kent, Rob brings a unique blend of skills and knowledge to his nonprofit work.

With a rich history of involvement in various organizations like the Nonprofit Academy of Wisconsin, Forward Steps Consulting, Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee, Forward Community Investments, Milwaukee Time Exchange, BoardStar, and McDonald Schaefer Group, Rob has extensive experience in leadership roles, consulting, grants coordination, and board placement.

Rob has also contributed to the nonprofit sector through roles such as Interim Executive, Capital Campaign Feasibility Studies, Resource Development Planning, and Campaign Management, showcasing his versatility and comprehensive understanding of nonprofit operations.

His passion for aiding nonprofits in fulfilling their visions for community improvement has been evident in his previous roles as CEO at Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee and Executive Director at Future Milwaukee.
