Rob McIntosh is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background in brand strategy, experience design, and graphic design. He has worked in various leadership positions in companies such as Eight Inc., Esprit, AKQA, frog design, BMW Group Designworks, Razorfish, and Apple. He studied Graphic Design at the California Institute of the Arts, providing him with a strong foundation in visual communication. With his extensive experience, he has honed his skills in design thinking, user-centered design, brand management, and creative direction.

At Eight Inc., Rob serves as the Executive Principal for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) & Gulf Region, where he leads the development of innovative experience design solutions for clients. Prior to that, he worked as the Chief Brand Officer at Esprit, responsible for crafting and executing the brand's revitalization strategy, and as the Global Head of Experience Design at AKQA, overseeing experience design projects for clients such as Nike, Xbox, and Google.

Rob's expertise in brand and experience design has earned him several accolades throughout his career, including recognition from prestigious institutions like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the Webby Awards, and the D&AD Awards. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
