Rob Lusby is a Computer Programming and Database Management professional with a strong background in SMX Application Support. He pursued his studies at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in order to augment his technical knowledge. His career has mostly been focused on data management, programming, and maintaining application support.

Currently, Rob is working as the Manager of SMX Application Support at Ipsos. Ipsos is a global market research and consulting company with offices in various countries including the US, UK, and Germany. In his current role, Rob supports the company's Survey Management System and works on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the system.
