He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Chicago and graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, for his Bachelor's Degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Seeker Music, Rob Guthrie has a rich history of leadership roles and consulting positions. Prior to his current role, he operated his own business as a Business Consultant specializing in High-Growth Operations. He also garnered extensive experience at various music entities such as RECORDS, LLC, Songs Music Publishing, and Beggars Group, assuming key operational and managerial responsibilities.

Rob Guthrie's organizational acumen extends beyond day-to-day operations, as evidenced by his tenure as the Head of Copyright Administration & Royalties at Songs Music Publishing and his involvement as a Board Member at the Independent Music Publishers International Forum (IMPF). With a background that includes roles ranging from Analyst to Managerial positions, he brings a holistic perspective to his current executive position at Seeker Music.
