Rob Goehrke is an experienced professional dedicated to building successful and engaged work cultures. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yale University and an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School, Rob has rich background in environmental education and social impact. He has worked for ten years in both non-profit and for-profit education organizations, starting with AmeriCorps and teaching de-escalating tools to youths while focusing on environmental education. Rob currently works as a Residential Operations Support Coach at Omnidian, Inc., a solar tech startup, where he coaches the front-line team to improve engagement, performance, and continuous improvement while teaching de-escalation tools for upset customers. As the co-founder of Culture Bites, a startup that makes it easier to improve company culture, Rob also has a passion for making company cultures better.

Rob's expertise includes de-escalating conversations and connecting with customers through nonviolent communication, building effective and engaging work cultures, coaching and supporting the personal and career growth of employees, and managing operations.
