Throughout his career, he has successfully led the development of numerous residential and commercial properties, totaling over 500 homes and 4.0 million sq. ft. of commercial space.

With a strong focus on sustainable practices, Rob has spearheaded projects involving repair, extension, and refurbishment of properties, as well as the establishment of logistics hubs for large operations in the UK.

His expertise extends to energy-saving initiatives, where he has managed customer contracts, led the retrofit of energy-saving measures, and developed e-commerce and renewables offerings.

In addition to his background in property development, Rob has experience at the director level in manufacturing, showcasing his versatility across multiple sectors.
