Rob Falcon

Rob Falcon is a seasoned professional with extensive management, consulting, and development experience in the European life insurance industry.

He has a background in company management, automation project management, product development, risk management, and business strategy.

Recently he led a business transformation project in Paris and is currently spearheading the Aviva global automated underwriting project for 8 ex-UK Life businesses.

With a focus on maximizing customer and company benefits, Rob has successfully implemented projects in Asia and other regions, with ongoing initiatives in progress.

He is actively involved in group-wide Life Protection programs and serves as a member of the Aviva UK Health management board.

Rob Falcon's subject matter expertise includes Protection business management, underwriting automation & process, Protection product development, and Retirement income products in European markets.

He holds a Management Science MSc from the University of London, Imperial College, and an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge.

Throughout his career, Rob has held key positions such as Head of Business Capabilities at Aviva plc, and previously served in leadership roles at Aviva Europe, Commercial Union International Life, Milliman, and various roles at Aviva Group.
