Rob Duva

Rob Duva is the co-founder of Fin & Field, a company that provides a marketplace for hunting and fishing adventures.13 He has been with Fin & Field since its founding in May 2014.1 Prior to Fin & Field, Rob was a co-founder, COO, and board member of Invoca (formerly RingRevenue, Inc.), where he led product, implementation, and client development teams.3

Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University, where he was also on the golf team from 1993 to 1997.1 His passion for fishing led him and his wife, Christina, to develop the original concept for Fin & Field.3

At Fin & Field, Rob focuses on sportsmen and operator outreach, guiding the company's mission to make finding, planning, and booking hunting and fishing adventures easier.3 The company has consolidated the hunting and fishing industry into a marketplace connecting sportsmen with operators such as charter boats, fishing guides, hunting guides, lodges, marinas, and outfitters.2

Rob is based in Santa Barbara, California, and has been fishing for over 44 years.4
