Rob Cherry

Rob Cherry is a seasoned retail industry leader with over 20 years of experience working for various national chains in Canada. He has a proven track record of success in different areas like buying, ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, sales planning, strategic planning, product development, licensing, private label, logistics, and operations. Cherry holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Political Science, Honours, from McGill University and the University of Toronto, respectively. He also studied MBA, Part Time, with a focus on Marketing at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. Currently, he is the Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at Fire & Flower, a Canadian cannabis retail chain. Before joining Fire & Flower, he worked as the Director of Strategic Sourcing, Marketing, and Corporate Services at Walmart Canada and the Senior Category Manager of Electronics at Walmart Canada. Additionally, he held executive positions at Nerd Block, Target, Giant Tiger, Jenere Sales, and Magasins Hart Stores.
