Rob Arrow is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in the luxury hotel & travel sector.

He currently holds the position of Product & Destination Development Director & Head of Concierge Service at Seera Group, where he collaborates with the largest Travel Management Company in KSA to introduce a new and captivating Leisure Travel offering through an Omni Channel experience.

Rob specializes in creating the first true Luxury Travel Concierge service tailored for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Saudi and Kuwaiti individuals.

Despite being based in Saudi & UAE for work, his heart is in Lebanon. This unique geographical positioning allows him to explore some of the world's most exceptional hotels.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Lincoln.

Prior to his current role at Seera Group, Rob has held significant positions such as Commercial Director - Leisure at Al Tayyar Travel Group, Head of Product at dnata, Global Hotels Supplier Manager at Ten Group, and Business Development Manager at Partytime.

He actively contributes to consulting boards for new hotel openings, developments, and rebranding projects, while also comprehensively understanding the travel needs of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) traveler.
