R.M. Nair is a well-known Indian software development expert with over 30 years of experience in building and leading software development teams. Nair is a former Process Shepherd, VP Software Tools and Board Member of Acme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As the Coach of DSRC Safety Application Team at Lear Corporation and the Chief Developer and Leader of the DSRC Applications Team at Arada Systems, Nair created a reputation for building highly skilled development teams.

Prior to this, Nair held leadership positions at Ergo Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Ergo Software Public Ltd., and Network Pvt. Ltd. Nair's notable achievements include his role as the Hardware Architect at Arada Systems and Deputy Manager Product Engineering at NETWORK. Before beginning his career in software development, Nair served as Wg Cdr at Indian Air Force.

Nair attended Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he studied MTech, EE-CS, and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
