He holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Ritwik's career journey includes prominent roles such as Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where he focused on Mobile and Cross-device Growth, Productivity Experiences, and Your Phone app development.

Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, he held pivotal positions at Amazon Web Services, Google, and Flipkart.com, where he honed his skills in product marketing, growth strategies, business development, and management.
