Ritu Maghera is an accomplished digital product designer with close to 20 years of experience in the field. She has an expert understanding of conceptualizing, strategizing and engaging clients in the design process to create user-centric experiences. She always aims to put the needs of users first, while also driving business value. Ritu is the CEO and CXO of The Next UX, as well as the founder of the organization. Her impressive career has seen her work as a Lead UX Strategy & UI Product Design at Trivalent and Booz Allen Hamilton, Lead UXUI Engineer at Libera, Inc., and a former Lead UX Consultant at the US Department of Commerce, NTIA. In addition to these roles, Ritu has served as Lead UX Strategy and UI Product Design at Carefirst BCBS and FiscalNote, respectively. Her impressive portfolio and experience are matched with a B.A in Web/Multimedia Design and Communications from George Mason University, and a Summer Program in Graphic and Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design.
