Ritika Arora
Master of Public Health Candidate - McMaster University
Ritika Arora is a first-year Master of Public Health student at McMaster University with a keen interest in driving positive change in the Canadian mental health care system.
She is enrolled in the Water Without Borders Interdisciplinary Diploma, a program jointly offered by McMaster University and the United Nations University - Institute of Environment, Water & Health.
Ritika's research experience has focused on music therapy interventions, resilience-based interventions, and undergraduate wellness.
During her graduate studies, she aims to explore the intersection between different public health disciplines and mental health, such as climate change and water contamination.
She is open to new opportunities that will enhance her understanding of social determinants of health, mental health, and public health.
