Worked on a project for strategic due diligence of the business opportunity to set up a premier niche admissions consultancy - "uniprep", with a social impact contingent in Sub Saharan Africa and headquarters in Mauritius. Project focus was on understanding the complex market and designing a sustainable business model.

uniprep is a niche admissions consulting firm. It charges fees from test prep and admissions prep programmes from 70% of candidates to fund opportunities for the remaining needy 30% of students. Over time, the social component of the programme will rise. uniprep is based in Mauritius but seeks to work across Sub Saharan Africa in partnership with government and private high schools to fund bright, capable but needy students through the application process to top tier American and British universities focusing on test prep ( e.g. SAT, entrance test to Oxbridge) and story telling and application and interview help. uniprep acts as a canvas for these students to receive expert help but remain grounded in their own storytelling.

•	Involved in test development of Oracle database products used by clients across the globe recording annual revenue of nearly $6b
•	Managed a team of five to design the test structure and write tests for multiple database components for Oracle database cloud release (Oracle DB 12c), which delivered $475 million in revenue
•	Project design and implementation on multiple LINUX & UNIX platforms required collaborating with teams in India, China and the U.S.
•	Saved 5000 man-hours per year for Oracle database group by designing an “Interactive Database Training System” to train newly hired employees

•	Acquired and owned multiple database components - Security, JAVAVM, Data Vault and Audit Vault, for the test development
•	Automated a database client test framework, which increased the productivity by 70% and helped three other teams cut down the huge manual effort by incorporating similar automation
•	Maintained a very low customers bug percentage to below 5%

•	Owned and managed Network component of Oracle Database product for test development on Linux and Unix platforms
•	Engineered reduction in manual dependency by automating LDAP server setup for platforms which ran LDAP tests with an external server

•	Enhanced the security of the e-mail infrastructure of ISRO Satellite Centre, working with their CIG (Computer & Information Group)
•	Designed a multi layer security using One Time Passwords scheme based on user's personal data and implementing the same to the e-mail system
