Paul Hughes is a renowned insurance industry leader, who has successfully managed and placed almost $2B of workers' compensation for the PEO community in his 15+ years of experience. He is currently serving as the CEO of Libertate Insurance, an all-states licensed general lines insurance agency specializing in the Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), Staffing, Health Care/Social Services, and Transportation sectors. Paul's expertise lies in transforming the insurance buying process with the help of technology, such as his company's proprietary sequel "Data Vault" and a "patent-pending" process to acquire, value, and manage an insurance transaction. His vision is to leverage data science management and facilitate the understanding of the integration of occupational and non-occupational healthcare.

Paul Hughes completed his MBA in Marketing at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and also studied Sociology, Communications at the same college. In the past, he served as the President at Libertate Insurance Services, LLC and as the CEO at RiskMD LLC.
