Rishi Shah

Rishi Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of JumpStart Ventures, is a technology investor & entrepreneur who co-founded JumpStart Ventures in 2011 to back ambitious entrepreneurs solving important problems. With a focus on health technology, education technology, and media, the firm has made over 60 direct investments.

Before his current role, Rishi founded Outcome Health in 2006, aiming to provide actionable information to chronic disease patients at the point of care. In addition to his work at Jumpstart Ventures, Rishi is actively involved in various civic organizations and serves on the boards of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), 1871, and MATTER - a community of healthcare innovators.

Rishi Shah is also an advisor to several technology startup accelerator/incubator programs, non-profits, and universities. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of technology, healthcare innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Rishi's educational background includes studies in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University, as well as Economics at Harvard University. His dedication to learning and building a strong foundation reflects in his professional endeavors.
