Rishi Kohli

Rishi Kohli is the Managing Partner & CIO of Hedge Fund Strategies at InCred Capital, with over 21 years of experience in the Indian financial markets.14 He joined InCred in August 2022 to start and build the quant/systematic hedge fund strategies.3

Prior to joining InCred, Rishi held several notable positions:

1. Managing Director and CIO - Quant Strategies at Avendus Alternate Strategies (June 2021 - July 2022).5
2. CEO and CIO at ProAlpha Capital, a subsidiary of Monsoon Capital, for more than 13 years.25
3. Head of Equity Derivatives at SSKI Securities (now IDFC Securities).2

Rishi has been a pioneer in the Indian financial markets, particularly in quantitative and systematic strategies:

• He started one of the first quantitative hedge fund businesses in India in 2007.5
• He launched the first systematic managed futures fund in Asia in 2011.1
• His funds have won several awards, including 'Best New Asian Fund' and 'Best Managed Futures Fund in Asia'.1

Rishi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.2
