    Rinat Sherzer is a distinguished transdisciplinary designer, artist, biotech engineer, and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in addressing complex social challenges like gender inequality, racism, and mental health.

    As the founder of Of Course Global, Rinat leads a social innovation design lab that focuses on bringing service design, innovation, and social impact to businesses, serving clients such as Capital One, Pfizer, and the Swiss Government.

    Her background includes co-founding a real-tech startup, fisbo, launching flagship products in the tech industry, and spearheading design and innovation tracks at prestigious institutions like Bezalel and Parsons School of Design.

    Rinat's expertise in biomimicry, strategic design, and design thinking has led to her involvement in various educational initiatives and speaking engagements, including presenting at the UN Women Summit in 2020.

    With a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering and an MFA in Design for Social Innovation, Rinat combines her scientific and artistic skills to drive a cultural shift towards a more equitable society, as showcased in her TEDx Talk.
