Riley Simon is a passionate animal lover with a background in photography and animal care.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from The Maryland Institute College of Art, Riley has dedicated time to documenting mistreatment of animals, showcasing a deep commitment to animal welfare.

Having studied Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant at Community College of Baltimore County, Riley possesses a diverse skill set in general animal care, emergency, and critical care.

Formerly gaining experience at various organizations such as VCA West Los Angeles Animal as an ER Vet Assistant, Frederick Road Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant, and MDSPCA as an Animal Care Technician, Riley has honed skills in veterinarian assistance, physical therapy, radiographs, ICU, and CCU.

Additionally, Riley has worked in customer service roles at establishments like Starbucks, Peets Coffee & Tea, and in product fulfillment at Peter Noel Dance Photography.

Known for being compassionate, collaborative, positive, and engaged, Riley excels in customer service and communication, relationship management, operations support, and documentation.

Apt at creating positive customer experiences, Riley is skilled in customer communications, process explanations, and customer education.

Riley's ability to build relationships extends to interactions with doctors, medical staff, pet owners, coffee shop customers, business professionals, as well as customers and clients.
