Rikin Shah is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, specializing in renewable energy engineering, design, and development.

During his time at Gensol Group, Rikin has excelled in handling key international assignments and has played a pivotal role in scaling up the engineering division of the Group since 2015.

He has been instrumental in implementing core processes, expanding into international markets, and exploring niche and complex segments within the Solar Industry, such as floating solar, airports, and technical due diligence.

With over 6 years of experience at Gensol Group, Rikin has led a team of more than 15 engineers and has been involved in over 10 GW of solar projects, establishing his team as one of the largest and most advanced consulting teams in the Solar Energy domain in India.

His client base includes the country's largest Independent Power Producers (IPPs), State Governments, Public Sector Companies, and Private Equity Funds.

Rikin Shah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a First-class Distinction from Indus Institute Of Technology & Engineering, a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a First-class Distinction from V.P.M.P Polytechnic, and High School education with First-class Distinction from R.M.Trivedi New Education High School.

He has held various roles in different organizations, starting as an Engineer at Electrotherm India Limited, moving on to roles such as Assistant Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Assistant Design Manager, and Design Manager at Gensol Group, and currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Torrent Power.
