At Infomedia I am responsible for selling/implementing/training users on our OEM aftermarket solutions, there are 2 main products we sell Superservice Menu - a precision quoting tool used by workshops & Superservice Triage - a vin specific vehicle health check system used to identify and track additional work above the original service booked in by customers.
My responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Travelling to dealers all over the Asia-Pac region and helping them create the most profits in their After sales departments using their available resources and our program Superservice Triage.

- Finding where dealers are loosing profit and turning that around

I was the Spare Parts manager for a year at Peter Stevens Motorcycles in Ferntree Gully. I had a team of 3 apprentices that worked under me; I was also in charge of the dispatch department and had one staff member working in there. Peter Stevens is a multi-franchise dealership working with Kawasaki, Yamaha, BRP (Seadoo)

I was responsible for:
- Making sure customers are contacted in a timely manner when parts are on order. 
- Training staff and making sure company policies, procedures and guidelines are met.
- Exceed monthly K.P.I’s for the year I was in charge we were +35% every month so far and finished the year +50%
- Maintain obsolete stock

I was the manager of the Harley Davidson department at Peter Stevens Dandenong. When a customer buys a new Harley they sat down with me and decided how they want to turn their dream into a reality. I was also in charge of customizing bikes for our show room floor; I was given a budget and have to put the most effective parts on there at the lowest cost. I had monthly K.P.I’s to meet and I would always exceed them. In my first year in this role I finished as number one salesman in the whole company. The second year I was in the top 3. Working directly with the bike sales department to make sure bikes are out as per the customer’s expectation.

During my time in spare parts I started off with no experience in the area, to becoming the 2ic, then moving into the workshop doing insurance quotes and working with the mechanics getting them the parts they needed for their days work. Also working as a service advisor.

I started of my career at Peter Stevens. I loved bikes so after the restaurant I was working at closed down I went to Peter Stevens and handed in a Resume the next day I started working as a detailer and then they opened up a tyre centre and while they were looking for a full time fitter I was doing the job.
