Rick Williams is a seasoned professional in the IT industry with over two decades of experience, having started his journey in Sydney back in 1996.

He is the founder and former owner of Platform 24 Pty Ltd, a customer-focused company employing 25 individuals and various specialized sub-contractors, along with a 24/7 NOC team.

Specializing in managed networks, cloud migrations, security, and compliance, Rick's team at Platform 24 excels in building and maintaining advanced IT systems for SMEs, collaborating with top industry leaders like Microsoft, Ruckus, and Sophos.

Rick's educational background includes a BA Hons from Goldsmiths, University of London, and O Levels and A Levels from Bedford School.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick has been involved with organizations such as BNI Edge, where he served as an ambassador, and has held roles like Network Engineer at Platform 24, teacher/IT Manager at SELC Pty Ltd, and research team leader at National Opinion Poles (NOP).
