Rick Van Diepen

Rick Van Diepen is a Co-owner and Principal at GRN Vision, a Green Building and sustainability consultancy based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

With a professional background in Sustainable Design and Architecture, Rick has experience in master planning, project management, Green Building certification, and leadership training.

Previously, Rick served as Executive Director for Green Chips (now Impact Nevada), a Nevada NGO focused on promoting sustainability through collaborations.

Rick's dedication to improving the human condition and the built environment is evident in his work on highly sustainable buildings that benefit communities and the environment.

Before establishing GRN Vision, Rick held positions such as Associate Principal and firmwide Sustainability Manager at PGAL Architects and board member/chair roles at various nonprofit organizations.

Rick is an active community activist, providing volunteer design services to organizations like Habitat For Humanity and Family Promise, among others.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a Minor in Environmental Design from the University of California, Berkeley.

He resides in Las Vegas with his family in a net-zero energy home.
