Rick Stroud

Rick Stroud is a prominent figure in the real estate business in the Upstate of SC. After working as a paramedic and air traffic controller, he decided to pursue a career in residential real estate. As the Founder/Owner of Great Homes of the Upstate, Rick leads a team of over 15 REALTORS who serve those looking to buy or sell a home in Greer and the surrounding Upstate communities. His commitment to helping others, purposefulness, and protective nature have earned him the reputation of being an "anchor". He has a profound passion for his community and is an active member of various organizations, including the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, Greer Station Association, Taylors Business Association, and Greer Farmers Market. Additionally, Rick is a coach and speaker with ClubWealth and coaches multiple real estate agents and brokers nationwide. In his personal life, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, hiking and camping, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers.
