Rick Parisi

Rick Parisi, an expert in commercial property and sustainable development, has an extensive background in the engineering and real estate industries. His career began with an apprenticeship at Burman Tool Company Ltd before moving on to roles such as Draughtsman at CU Phosco Lighting, Mechanical Engineer at Rank Cintel Ltd, and Managing Partner at Andrik Printers. In 1993, Parisi became the Managing Partner at Albatross Trading, where he oversaw the export of machinery. He continued to climb the ladder of success and became Managing Director/CEO at Paragon Land & Estates Ltd before founding Cambridge Innovation Parks Ltd, where he currently serves as Executive Chairman. Cambridge Innovation Park (North) offers facilities such as premium office suites, dining options, and a modern gym. Under Parisi's leadership, the company is set to launch Cambridge Innovation Park (West) in 2022, which will be the first carbon-neutral business park in the UK. Parisi is also the former Executive Chairman of Goldcrest Sustainability Research Ltd, a sustainable construction advisory company, and the former Chairman of ARMOURSTORE SELF STORAGE LTD.
