He currently serves as the VP of Strategic Retail Vertical at Adobe Experience Cloud, where he leverages his expertise to drive impactful strategies and solutions.

Prior to his current role, Rick held various leadership positions within Adobe, including AVP roles in Retail and CPG segments as well as Digital Marketing.

His experience extends to sales and business development, having served as a Director in N. America SAAS Sales at Adobe and in Sales at Scene7, Inc.

Before joining Adobe, Rick Pacitti accumulated valuable experience in strategic accounts management at Alventive, regional directorship at Object Design/Excelon, and account executive role at Parametric Technology Corporation.
