Prior to his current role, he held the position of Director of Procurement at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC, where he honed his expertise in sourcing and supply chain management.

Rick has also excelled in various roles within Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC, including New Products Technical Buyer/Program Manager and Senior New Product Introduction Buyer-Planner, highlighting his versatility and adaptability.

Before joining Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC, he served as an MRP Controller for CO2 Lasers at TRUMPF North America, further enhancing his knowledge and experience in procurement and manufacturing.
