Rick Macy is a Senior Partner at Akademy Konsalt, a boutique management consulting firm based in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia. He has extensive experience in various business sectors, particularly in telecommunications and sales training. Macy's career began after serving six years in the U.S. Navy, transitioning into international sales within the U.S. defense manufacturing industry, where he achieved significant sales success.
In 1996, he moved to Russia and took on leadership roles in mobile telephony startups and established companies, including PeterStar and Comstar Telecommunications.
