Rick Lockton, an experienced executive in the retail industry, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of eCommerce at Ashley Furniture, the world's largest furniture manufacturer. Lockton is in charge of leading Ashley's billion-dollar investment in growth and transforming customers' lives by revolutionizing the home with an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. With over $500M P&L management experience and building and leading large teams, Lockton's responsibilities include digitally transforming organizations and customer experiences, growing new businesses from idea to scale, and overseeing the world-class manufacturing and supply chain at Ashley Furniture.

Before joining Ashley Furniture, Lockton worked at Walmart, where he held various leadership different roles, including Vice President, Digital Transformation & Product - Merchandising and Director - Merchandising & Product Development. Lockton consulted clients in retail, quick service restaurants, financial services, and telecom before working with Walmart. He received his MBA from the prestigious University of Oxford, where he earned the Tomo Suzuki Award, and a B.S. in Business & Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Outside of work, Lockton served on the board for Larson's Language Center, facilitated Junior Achievement courses, and led technology/coding activities for local Girl Scout troops.
