Throughout his career, Rick has served in roles such as Professional Instructor/Trainer, Performance Coach, Marketing Consultant, NISM-certified Social Media Strategist & Trainer, Editor-in-chief of four national publications, and Performing Songwriter.

He holds a Master of Arts in English from Belmont University, a Master of Science in Management from Southeastern Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Alabama.
