Dr. Rick DeRose is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in microbiology, immunology, and product innovation. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology and Immunology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from Clemson University.

Dr. DeRose has held notable positions throughout his career. Currently, he serves as the VP of Product Innovation at Pebble Labs, showcasing his expertise in driving innovative solutions within the industry. Previously, he showcased his strategic skills as a Fellow at the Center of Innovation Management Studies at North Carolina State University Poole College of Management.
