As a Vice President I oversaw a network of Executive Directors and their regional teams - in Washington, DC, Baltimore, Connecticut, Los Angeles, South Dakota, San Francisco, New Orleans and Baton Rouge - that supported the placement and training of +1,600 teachers annually, impacting more than 85,000 children.

As a senior business leader at CEB I managed a $20M business unit, growing it from $10 million and expanding client base to 80% of Fortune 100 and 65% of FTSE 100 across two years, while building a premier network of audit, finance and risk management executives across industry to address key challenges in the areas of corporate governance, enterprise risk management and Board of Directors management. In this capacity I lead major annual research efforts and ongoing product development, including executive coaching services, decision-support tools, databases and benchmarking resources, and headlined major convenings for corporate executives in the United States, Europe, South Africa and Australia.
