In 2007, he led a group in acquiring a renowned comic book brand via a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) for development across various media platforms, demonstrating his strategic leadership skills.

Currently, Rick Brookwell holds the position of Managing Member at New Comic Company LLC, where he drives business growth and development as a key decision-maker.

He also brings his legal acumen to the table by acting as General Counsel to the LLC and providing advisory services on a range of transactions.

Rick's educational background includes a JD in law from Southwestern Law School and an AB in Political Science from Brown University, reflecting his strong academic foundation.
